As the Operations Lead for Lorgan, Evan works closely with the CEO and the senior leadership team, providing end to end operational support. With a smart Lorgan team spread across globally, a key aspect of the role has been to partner with various leaders in ensuring smooth operations of the product support, identifying solutions to business challenges, assisting the organisation to adapt & embrace change, and pro-actively identifying areas for competitive advantage from people and organisation perspective.

Evan is also responsible for providing specialist knowledge & service in areas such as recruitment, compensation, employee & industrial relations, and talent development.

Evan is renowned for his results-oriented approach and focusing on the Operations side needs of the business. Evan’s combination of business acumen, judgment, compassion, and positive energy has been integral to his strong leadership and sustained business outcomes. He has a natural flair for building rapport and communicating across diverse and global audiences. He is well known in Lorgan for his abilities in bringing consensus among multiple team members during a crisis and where there may be conflicts. He has been there with Lorgan’s founding team right from the inception stage of the company.

Evan has over 30 years working in IT. He has worked in many domains including Banking & Finance (NAB), Utilities, Telecommunications (Telstra), Insurance (AXA), and Manufacturing.
